Close by are Coolbinia Primary School; Mount Lawley Senior High School and TAFE (technical college); Edith Cowan University incorporating the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA). Perth’s beautiful beaches are a 15 minute drive away and the river is about 3kms from the apartment, as is Mercy Hospital.
